Zach is responsible for developing MLCV’s identified core capabilities and overseeing the execution of key business priorities. He collaborates with companies focused on doing business with minority-owned organizations, expands strategic partnerships, explores unique opportunities, identifies and analyzes acquisitions, and works with government affairs to protect and advance the interest of Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures and its businesses. Zach’s expertise is in Gaming Law, Federal Indian Law, Tribal Law, and general Corporate Law.
His focus is on advocacy and lobbying, and new business and portfolio growth.
