Tawnya is honored to be the Chief of People and Culture for Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures. In her role, she advances company values and behaviors so all Associates can be successful and have fun at work, while building talent for the company. She supports Band member growth and helps to refine the corporate culture.  Her team is responsible for organizational effectiveness and leadership development. All in all, her philosophy is “let love rule.”
