As the CEO, she oversees the Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Grand Casino Hinckley operations and operates as their CEO. Ronda has a strong track record in leading the operations over her nearly 30-year career with the organization. She is responsible for the leadership, hospitality, talent & organizational effectiveness, and technology operations at the casinos. Her leadership is focused on developing business solutions and driving growth for the organization.
